Terms  &  Conditions

Welcome to The Fitness Room. By purchasing a membership, class package, workshop, or personal training service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies help us maintain a positive, respectful, and organized experience for our entire community.

1. Memberships

Monthly Memberships (including Unlimited and Limited Class Memberships) are billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the date of purchase.

  • Memberships automatically renew every month unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Limited memberships (such as a 4-Class Monthly Membership) allow the specified number of classes per billing period.

  • Unused classes do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual registered member.

 

2. Class Reservations

To ensure space for all clients:

  • Pre-registration is required for all classes.

  • Reservations can be made through our booking system.

  • If a class is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot becomes available.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class so sessions can begin on time.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for advance notice if you cannot attend a class.

  • Classes must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

    • Loss of the class credit, or

    • A late cancellation fee for members.

This policy helps ensure that waitlisted clients have the opportunity to attend.

4. Personal Training & Private Sessions

Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule or cancel a private session.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the session.

Session packages may have an expiration date, which will be provided at the time of purchase.

5. Workshops, Programs, and Special Events

Programs such as workshops, pop-ups, and special series (including nutrition workshops or transformation programs) may have separate cancellation and refund policies, which will be outlined at the time of registration.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Registrations are non-refundable.

  • Spots may be transferable if approved by The Fitness Room.

 

6. Health & Safety

By participating in classes or services at The Fitness Room, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily in physical activity.

  • You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during exercise.

  • You should consult a physician before beginning a new exercise program if you have medical concerns.

Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, limitations, or health conditions prior to class.

 

7. Studio Etiquette

To maintain a supportive and welcoming environment:

  • Please arrive on time.

  • Silence phones during class.

  • Indoor sneakers or grippy socks are required.

  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow members.

  • Clean and return equipment after use.

The Fitness Room reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

 

8. Liability Waiver

Participation in fitness classes, personal training, or wellness programs involves inherent risks. By attending sessions at The Fitness Room, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release The Fitness Room and its instructors from liability for injuries sustained during participation, except where prohibited by law.

 

9. Membership Changes & Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership by providing notice prior to their next billing date through the studio’s booking platform or by contacting The Fitness Room directly.

Membership fees already processed are non-refundable.

 

10. Schedule & Pricing Changes

The Fitness Room reserves the right to:

  • Modify the class schedule

  • Change instructors

  • Adjust pricing

  • Update policies

Any changes will be communicated to members when possible.

 

11. Photography & Media

Occasionally, photos or short videos may be taken during classes or events for marketing or social media purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please inform the instructor or studio staff.
